Storage moves one way: B and C tenants move up into A as A bays open. All three rows are in the same building.

How this works

  1. Request the unitPick an open unit and give us your name, email and phone. The unit is held for you right away — nobody else can take it while you finish.
  2. Sign the agreementWe email you a link. Read it, initial the insurance acknowledgment and sign on your phone. Takes about a minute.
  3. We countersignOrlando Kart Center reviews and countersigns. You get the fully executed PDF by email. Until this step the unit is only held, not leased.
  4. Pay the first invoiceYou get ONE invoice for the rest of this month, prorated by the day from your start date. Pay it online from the invoice. This is what activates your unit.
  5. Set up monthly autopaySeparately, you get a recurring payment request from QuickBooks. Accept it once and your monthly rent is charged automatically on the 1st. This is required and it is a DIFFERENT email from the invoice above.
You will get TWO separate emails from QuickBooks — act on both. 1Invoice — for your first period. Pay it online; this is what activates your bay. 2Recurring payment request — accept it once to set up automatic monthly rent. Paying the invoice does not set up autopay, and accepting autopay does not pay the first invoice.

Rent is $150.00 per month plus 6.5% Florida sales tax ($9.75) = $159.75 charged on the 1st. Your first invoice covers only the rest of the month you start in, prorated by the day (e.g. start Oct 9 = 23 of 31 days). Month-to-month; no long-term contract.
